ドライバーの無精によるエンジン破損によりアトレー君がいなくなってから先日やっと新しい相棒が来てくれました。
街中でトラックで解体屋に運ばれていく車を見て「お父さんの車よりアッチの方がいいんじゃないの？」と子供にバカにされながら古い車を修理しつつ乗るのが趣味でしたがそんな贅沢？も言っていられなくなってしまいました。
不本意ながら日産クリッパーの新車を近くの福重モータランドのコアラクラブを利用してリースすることになりました。車検も整備もおまかせで時間と手間を考えればかなり安い！というかやれることがほとんど無くなってしまいました。また趣味がひとつ遠のいてしまいましたが本職には集中できます。
新車といっても経費削減のためにとことんグレードを落として、今となっては珍しいマニュアルトランスミッション！
そして、
これまた今となっては珍しいマニュアルウインドウ！！
そしてそして、
世界初？大島紬のシートカバー！！！（自作）
大島紬をお尻に敷くなんてありえない！と業界の重鎮には叱られそうですが・・・
市販のシートカバーに大島紬を縫い付けてみました。
縞格子の大島紬と正藍龍郷柄の大島紬を使っています・・・ありえない・・・
ひとつの柄だけ使えばもうちょっとカッコよくなったかと思いますが、思うところがあって２柄使ってみました。
さて、ドライバーの？？？ｋｇの重量に伴う摩擦、そして紫外線と車内の高温にどれだけ耐えることができるのでしょうか？
座り心地はというと、滑り過ぎるかなと思っていましたがそんなこともなく、一筋一筋柄を合わせて織ってくれた織工さんたちの魂が感じられて多少お尻がむずがゆいです。
